Learn the art of brain tanning as Dwayne Logan guides you through the steps needed to transform a raw hide into soft, breathable buckskin!

This half-day workshop will give you first-hand experience in fleshing, wet and dry scraping, racking, preparing and applying a brain solution, stretching to make the hide soft, and smoking it to keep it that way. You will also learn about sewing with real sinew, using modern, homemade and primitive tools, proper skinning methods, and notes on making buckskin clothing.
